I want to encourage you today to focus on your journey and destination. Try your best to enjoy the ride. You never know…you might be experiencing something now that is setting you up for something fabulous down the road.
As the year 2021 has officially ended, what a perfect time to reflect on what hasn’t served us. The adage… “out with the old, and in with the new” comes to mind. Consider all that is weighing you down and decide if it’s worth carrying forward. We are ALL carrying unbelievable burdens and it’s a balancing act for sure. Stop expecting YOU from other people - it is breaking your heart. Seriously. The type of expectation you put on other people can leave you very disappointed.
Stop shrinking yourself to make others feel comfortable. Be authentically you. Let them adjust.
Whatever you are involved in or actively doing in your life, just be consistent with the stuff that works for you and is for YOUR BENEFIT.
